I got some concerns with this program.

I got some concerns with this program. I had to get this Google Chrome Extension named "Proctorio", which seemed kinda sketchy. Online, folks were saying it's risky to use or download. When I talked to my prof about it, he said those online peeps were fibbing and it's all good. I kept sending him articles and blogs about how unsafe it is, but he ain't bothered. So, if you gotta get "Proctorio", be really careful.

This company is trashy AF

This company is trashy AF, causing tons of stress. Had a breakdown once tryna solve a problem. It's like IXL and Xtramath, awful. If you wanna feel down, drained, and suicidal, try it. Anyone rating this 3 stars or more is cray and shouldn't exist.

Using this company is like trying

Using this company is like trying to operate Microsoft Access from 1997 without any knowledge of database management. It's clunky, confusing, and absolutely dreadful. Trying to assign online books to students feels like attempting to broker peace in the Middle East—it's nearly impossible to accomplish smoothly or efficiently. The navigation is terrible, and the "help" feature might as well not exist. Despite the vast amount of information available, there's not a single helpful sentence on how to actually do what you need to do. It's clear that this company prioritizes enriching investors over providing decent customer service and usability. I won't be purchasing books from them again. They're big, cold, ineffective, and utterly disappointing.

My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing. The website and textbooks are subpar, providing inadequate information for the class. Navigating the website is a time-consuming struggle. Customer service is laughable, earning them a meager 1-star rating—negative a million would be more fitting. Save yourself the frustration and avoid wasting time and money on this regrettable platform.

If ALEKS had no stars, I would give it 0. This is a terrible math program, but not due to the math. I’ve faced numerous issues where I entered the right answer and got it marked wrong! Infuriating, I can't believe schools use this junk! They are aware of the tech problems at my school, but we still must use it. Cheap junk!

This website for math is awful. It doesn't explain problems well and uses confusing methods. I spend ages looking up how it solves them. If it was a person, I'd pick Hitler over it. Whoever made it mustn't be human. Scum, no morals, traffics children. This website is rubbish.

After a whole week of back-and-forth about getting my refund, I was told I had to go to another company to sort it out.
