The experience was quite positive overall! Each time I reached out, I got a response quickly and all my questions were addressed in detail (and I had quite a few). From start to finish, the project took a bit longer than expected because I wasn’t in a hurry. It could have been done in around 2 months, but I stretched it to 6 months because there was no rush. Throughout the process, I was always kept updated on the progress, and the reminder emails were useful, although maybe a bit too often. Since I’m based in the UK, I was worried about delivery, but UPS did a great job, and my package arrived just two days after the shipping notification. I really appreciated that there was no pressure to rush through the project. The whole process felt relaxed, and they adjusted everything to fit my needs. One thing I’d suggest is to maybe have a little document with highlights from the project, like early sketches, 3D renderings, and some professional photos. Would have been a nice touch!

I approached Custom Design with an idea for an engagement ring – a heart-shaped diamond between two swans in white gold, with birthstones for me and my partner. The design consultant, Sarah, was really helpful. She took my rough sketch and worked with her team to create a detailed 3D design of the ring. We then went through a few changes to make it just right. Sarah offered several useful suggestions and kept the budget in mind. She was patient throughout, even as I made small tweaks to the design, from the type of swans to their poses. In the end, we decided to move the birthstones to the sides and added two small accent diamonds for a bit more sparkle, all while staying within a reasonable budget. The ring turned out great, and my fiancé loves it. I would definitely consider returning to Custom Design for our wedding rings. Thanks to Sarah and the team for all their help!

I got to speak with real people who took my ideas and sample rings and turned them into something beautiful. They also managed to stay within my budget. The ring turned out great without causing any financial stress. Every part of the process was well-explained, and my fiancé absolutely loves her ring. If your partner is the kind of person who drops hints about rings every now and then, just send those over to Custom Made and they will create something amazing. 10/5, the warranty is a nice touch as well.

This is the second time I asked Custom-Made to create a design for me. The first time, I ordered a pendant, and they did a good job. So, I asked them to make a similar one. The new diamond pendant turned out to be really nice. I am happy with how it looks. I will come back soon for more of their quality jewelry. Really happy with it!
