I was uncertain about this company.
I was uncertain about this company. It took 2 and a half weeks to receive the glasses I ordered. I never got a tracking number for my order. I called their customer service a few times, and the representative was very helpful. Then the glasses arrived unexpectedly, and they are great. So, 5 stars, but the experience was a bit odd.

I had mentioned that a few of my glasses broke at the hinge. I wasn’t complaining, but the company noticed my feedback and reached out to me right away. They were quick to fix the problem and gave me a fast refund. I really liked the glasses and would for sure buy from them again. Planning to buy more today!!

The delivery service they use, UniUni
The delivery service they use, UniUni, is really poor when it comes to customer support. I sent an email about a damaged package but got no reply. I called them 5 times, and they just passed me around. Even after the package was clearly crushed, they said the damage was not important.
