I bought some items from Superjeweler.
I bought some items from Superjeweler. I liked the necklace, but the chain has knots that are hard to untie. The diamond studs I had for about 6 months; one diamond is loose and might fall out, so I don't wear them now.

The customer service was quick and nice.
The customer service was quick and nice. The website was simple to navigate and place an order. Shipping arrived a day earlier than expected! My main issue is with the design of my ring. The diamond placement is clearly off center, and two of the prong clasps holding the diamond are not aligned properly, which looks a bit odd and is somewhat annoying. I really don't want to go through the hassle of sending the ring back for adjustments. It's a bit inconvenient and surprising.

I ordered an item and contacted them after two weeks about why it was taking so long. They gave me the usual excuse about wanting to ensure it was perfect. After three weeks, they called to say they didn't know how I was able to purchase the item at that price. This place is a complete scam! They wasted my time and money with their misleading practices. I will never order from them again and advise others to avoid them too.
