I tried to place a delivery order through the Jack in the Box app and chose Google Pay to pay. When I sent the order, I got an error saying there was a problem with my payment. I checked my info and tried again, but the same error came up.
Even though both orders showed as failed in the app, I got two messages from Google Wallet saying I paid $33.19 twice, which is $66.38 total.
I never got any confirmation for the orders.
Nothing shows up in my Order History in the app.
I called the store, and they said they have no record of any order.
Worse, there’s no way to contact Customer Support directly:
No phone number for help—just some line about privacy in the T&Cs.
No live chat.
The only form to fill out needs an order number, which I don’t have.
Right now, it looks like Jack in the Box took $66.38 from me and gave me nothing, and I spent over two hours trying to fix this with no real support.
I want a refund for both payments right away.
