The sales staff were friendly and assisted me well, except when they mentioned the assembly only needing a few attachments. The biggest issues were with the company’s instructions. I couldn't find an assembly video for this model anywhere. The assembly guide was poor, and while there was a foam pad to stop hardware from falling into the cavity where the console base connects, there was no cover for the slot where the foot pedal arms go. As a result, I lost a small screw inside. Now, there's a slight dragging noise coming from the right pedal rollers. I may need service to fix it.
