Each teacher is fantastic, and I enjoyed every second listening to them and learning from their knowledge. Thanks for this amazing experience—it’s been a special and motivating journey, and it’s still going on.

The 200 HR course offers a lot of information, covering anatomy, philosophy, poses/sequencing, breathing techniques, meditation, subtle bodies/chakras, business and more. The resources are helpful and the course is well organized. I learned a lot about yoga and myself. The live Zoom calls are also helpful, with knowledgeable and kind teachers. I recommend this course to anyone interested in becoming a yoga teacher or learning more about yoga at their own speed.

I appreciated the chance to learn at my own pace. The course was quite helpful and thoughtfully structured. The videos provided clear alignment and cueing of poses. The zoom sessions were very useful: having the ability to ask questions and receive quick feedback, meeting fellow yoga teachers/students was great. I now have a good grasp of how to plan a yoga class.

I'm happy with the details and lifetime access that I have! I began an in-person yoga course, but the online training (YogaRenew) worked better and suited my needs more. I found the material more engaging and easier to grasp. I really like YogaRenew and will keep supporting them as they have helped me!

Overall, I really liked this course – it was full

Overall, I really liked this course – it was full of useful information and a great price for all the knowledge it provides. One small downside was that a lot of the lessons seemed like they were made by chat-gpt, which was a bit distracting for me. But, some lessons felt more natural and unscripted, and I found those more fun. That's just my own preference :) All in all, I would suggest this course to anyone wanting to learn more about prenatal yoga. Plus, the lifetime access to the course and zoom calls is a huge bonus!

The course is put together well, and each part connects nicely. I found the Anatomy zoom calls really helpful, especially when we broke down the pose. The tips on how to see poses for sequencing made a big diference! I did wish the material went deeper, but maybe that's just because my hopes were too high; a 200 hr course isn't meant to cover everything; or online learning has its limits. Still, it was worth the cost, and I'll surely use yoga renew again for more learning.
