I tried to buy the 7 day diet but you wouldn’t let me pay for it. So instead, you charged me for a whole month’s subscription.

App is worthless. I had a hard time creating account, finally thought I got that done but kept getting emails saying I needed to create my account. I got a "final" email to create account but that proved to be hard. Finally thought I had "created" my account and then tried multiple times to use it, but each time I entered my email and password and nothing happened it never moved from that first logon page, no way to get to the next page...nothing. No reminder that my upcoming payment was approaching, how is it that you get a "final" message to create an account and then 3 months later you are charged for an account that was never created. No way to contact PerfectBody from the app. Overall bad business practices

GOT SCAMMED !

I ordered some peptides over a month ago and they are stuck in Customs. I had asked prior to buying if they sent out to Spain, they said yes. The shipment has been stuck in customs for 3 weeks, and Perfect Body said I needed to sort it. When I tried contacting the shipping company they said that only the sender could do anything about it, once I let them know this, they stopped answering my emails. I also tried calling to find out their tel is not in service. So please be careful lost 284 pounds to them.

Perfect Body is a total scam. I have a disability and just wanted to buy the ebook with a one-time payment to support them. I was only interested in doing a few of the exercises. But the next month, they charged my card again without asking. When I asked for a refund, they only gave me 25% back. I tried to cancel my subscription, but they kept pushing a service on me that I didn’t even want. First they charged $30, then lowered it to $10. Ridiculus. Don’t waste your money on them.
