I got a Chanel classic bag but forgot
I got a Chanel classic bag but forgot to use the 10% discount. I rang your customer service next day, and she was super nice and professional. She applied my discount with no problem, and it was a really easy transaction! I'm pleased with your company and your good return policy too. I used to shop at Real Raal, but they've gotten really bad and unreliable with a terrible return policy for designer bags. So I don't shop there anymore.

I bought a Chanel bag and forgot the 10% discount. I called customer service the next day. The person on the phone was really nice and professional. She added the discount without any problems. It was an easy transaction! I'm pleased with your company and the good return policy. I used to shop at the Real Real but they're now unreliable with bad bag return policies. So, I don't shop there anymore.

The Chanel Earrings were detailed well. The shine of the stones and the "like-new" look were even better than I thought. I was really amazed, as I have never been let down. Yoogi’s Closet offers great and genuine items. It felt like the holidays!!
